Create incident
Creates a maintenance incident on an item, serial number, space or vehicle.

Incident type
Available options: damage, loss, malfunction, cosmetic, theft, custom
**What it affects.** Depending on what you choose, the field to give the item, unit, space or vehicle appears. With «Custom» the incident is not tied to any resource.

How many units of the item are affected. Only for bulk items.
Limits: max 10000
While the incident is open, the resource cannot be reserved on new orders.
If you do not specify it, it is created as a draft.

How urgently it has to be handled.

The incident's impact. With «High» it appears in the escalation views.
Available options: low, high
**Owners.** Staff members responsible for resolving the incident.
