Credit note created in QuickBooks → record it in Filmo
When a credit note that Filmo did not send is created in QuickBooks, records it in Filmo as a mirror copy: it can be viewed and downloaded, and QuickBooks controls payments and voiding. Documents sent by Filmo are excluded. Anything the copy cannot represent (fixed-amount discounts or tax-inclusive amounts) causes the workflow to fail with the reason and notify you.
