Trigger workflow
Queues the run of another workflow that is manual or has the «From another workflow» trigger and returns its identifier. It does not wait for it to finish.

**Form data.** Values of the target workflow's run form, by field name. If the target declares fields, they are REQUIRED and are validated against its frozen version: if one is missing, the run is rejected and nothing is queued. If it declares none, this is ignored.
