# Customer payment recorded in QuickBooks → record it in Filmo

> When a customer pays an invoice in QuickBooks, records the payment against its Filmo invoice. If the invoice is missing from Filmo or the payment does not match, the workflow fails with the reason and notifies you. Choose the default treasury account and payment method; if you map different ones to the account that received the payment (“Payment accounts”), those are used instead.
