# Invoice approved in Filmo → approve its draft in Xero

> When you approve in Filmo an invoice that is a draft in Xero, also approves it in Xero with the same number it has in Filmo. A document already approved in Xero is left unchanged; if it is missing from Xero or its total no longer matches, the workflow fails with the reason and notifies you.
