# Invoice approved in Filmo → approve its draft in Holded

> When you approve in Filmo an invoice that is a draft in Holded, also approves it in Holded with the same number it has in Filmo. A document already approved in Holded is left unchanged; if it is missing from Holded or its total no longer matches, the workflow fails with the reason and notifies you.
