# Credit note voided in Filmo → void it in QuickBooks

> Optional. Voiding a credit note in Filmo also voids it in QuickBooks. This is irreversible. If it cannot be voided, for example because it has payments in QuickBooks, the workflow fails with the reason and notifies you.
