# Credit note voided in Filmo → delete it in Holded

> Optional. Voiding a credit note in Filmo also deletes it in Holded (Holded does not void credit notes). This is irreversible. If it cannot be deleted, for example because it has refunds in Holded, the workflow fails with the reason and notifies you.
