# Record a contact from Xero in Filmo

> Records in Filmo the contact created or corrected in Xero. If a match exists by tax ID, email or name, it links and updates it; otherwise it creates it. It writes nothing when there are no changes. An archived contact in Xero makes the step fail with the reason.
