# Record an invoice from QuickBooks in Filmo

> Records an invoice created directly in QuickBooks as an externally issued mirror in Filmo, and updates it from QuickBooks (content, payments and voiding). Documents sent by Filmo are skipped. A fixed-amount discount, tax-inclusive amounts, an unknown tax code, an ambiguous contact or a duplicate number makes the step fail with the reason.
