# Record a contact from QuickBooks in Filmo

> Records in Filmo the customer or supplier created or corrected in QuickBooks. If a match exists by tax ID, email or name, it links and updates it; otherwise it creates it. It writes nothing when there are no changes. An inactive contact or subcustomer in QuickBooks makes the step fail with the reason.
