# Record a credit note from Holded in Filmo

> Records a credit note created directly in Holded as an externally issued mirror in Filmo, and updates it from Holded (content, payments and voiding). Documents sent by Filmo are skipped; a Holded draft waits for approval. A line with withholding or multiple taxes, an ambiguous contact or a duplicate number makes the step fail with the reason.
